Depending on the dog, weather, safety, and availability, an outing may include hiking, swimming, a dog-friendly store, structured social experience, special treats, or another appropriate activity. No single activity is guaranteed for every dog or every date.

Yes. The current Concierge program allows unused credits to roll into the following month, giving you more flexibility when you do not need a service right away. Any current plan terms will be reviewed during enrollment.
A concierge credit covers the approved Hill Country K9 service associated with the request. The cost of food, products, veterinary care, grooming, admission, or other third-party charges is separate unless your written plan states otherwise.
